Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera has been a fitness star as well as an Instagram star for years. Ashley came into the USA in August of 1994, under the sign of Leo. Although Ashley isn't talking too much about her parents, she has acknowledged her grandfather for the genesis of her desire to work out, as he was a popular bodybuilder in his 30s and 20s. Ashley started swimming when she was four. For the next ten years she took classes. It is believed that Ashley was a participant in various contests. However, she did not devote herself to enough, as she was not willing to stick to strict diet guidelines so that her body would perform optimally. In high school she gained a lot of attention for appearance and physique. There is no evidence that she may have dated anybody during this period. After she matriculated Ashley decided not to enroll at college but to rather concentrate on her work as modeling fitness. Ashley was just 15 at the time she realized how unhappy she was about her appearance. In the direction of her grandpa, she decided to join the gym but took his advice and started off slow. She didn't realize she was going to devote the rest of her life to sculpting her figure and steadily becoming a fitness icon. Ashley's win inspired her to compete in the 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. She finished seventh, and considered this to be an undeserved loss. The result led to Ashley to work harder. Ashley competed in the WBFF World Championships 2015 and finished 5th. When this event was finished, Ashley opted to not compete again. When she was competing she got offers for photoshoots but she didn't want to combine jobs. Once she quit after a while, she decided to make the choice to be a model. Her photo was published on the cover of a well-known fitness magazine, which began her journey as being a fitness model when she got to sign with an agency for modeling. Since then, she has gained a reputation as a sought-after model. She has been a model for a variety of bikini companies and internationally renowned clothing brands.
